Pendrich Road Bridge of Allan

There's a great car park beside the Riding Stables on the hill above Bridge of Allan

So many horses in the field

I love this photo with the trees and the mountains

Dumyat

Hey... My OTHER obsession. Knitting. Think that's why Pete put this photo in. I will wear it on my walks and it will keep me cosy...Its 50% merino wool

I had a wee hurdle up Dumyat today or at least part of it. The last time I attempted it a few years ago I just couldn't make it because I was so breathless.
Its brilliant being above the Wallace Monument
This is me looking back to where I walked

Stirling University below
The Forth
The summit of Dumyat

Cockburn Reservoir where I walked with Sally recently
When I checked where I had walked I had nearly got to the top. I would have got there easily

Stirling Rowing Club

I'm so lucky to have this fantastic walk just outside my office in Stirling by the river

The council has just done a lot of work tidying up along the riverbank.

Looking back towards the Castle

I try at least to walk for half an hour each day to improve my health
