Commonty Walk, Doune

I headed for Doune after a very busy day at work. It was so nice being in the peace and quiet, just bird song..........I chose the Commonty Walk

 

Its clearly marked into the wood

I was glad the weather has been dry so the path was easy to walk on. It was very muddy the last time I walked this way

They have taken a lot of trees down since I was here last

 

I love this part of the walk

Off to the right were good views of Doune Castle

This part is so dark
