The Braan Walk

A wonderful Autumn walk near Dunkeld. We parked at Inver Brae car park and did the Braan Walk

We came across a massive carpet of these mushroom. We wondered if they were Chanterelles but think they were False Chanterelles

The views were amazing

and so were the Autumn colours

Ah... such a lovely path. Its a varied walk with lots to see.

Acorns- so beautiful

I think this might be Witches Butter

More Witches Butter

Turkeytail?

Not Sure?

A Kelly Kettle. The fire is in the middle and the water is heated round the outside

This was our picnic spot..........It was a bit like Lord of the Rings

The water has boiled- Hot Chocolate is served

A fantastic view point

From inside Ossian's Cave

Ossian's Cave

This is outside Ossian's Hall. The salmon were leaping on the right hand part of the river. We saw quite a few

Another Victorian Post Box in Inver. That's the 3rd one I have seen on my walks this year.
