Carron Valley, Denny

Not feeling at all well today - my cold is refusing to lift. I'm having to walk very slowly as my breathing is so bad. Still it was a nice walk through the park, beside the Carron and under the M80. It snowed on and off but was ok.

 The River Carron was in full spate

I came across 3 paths. I choose the left one and soon realised the middle one lead to a cycle track

 The path lead me under the M80

I had to walk close to the fence and the horse in the field gave me hassle.
