I had a pleasant walk along the side of Loch Long today. I thought I would try this path up through the woods but it was a bit steep and slippy so I continued along the road towards Arrochar.

Alex and Pete found a crab and a lobster covered in fishing line and unable to move. They brought them up and Alex cut them free and put them back in the water. They are not sure if they will survive but at least they have a chance.
