Plean Country Park, the Woodland Trek

Back at Plean Country Park, this time to do the Woodland Trek. I've done it before but it is the first time this year. It was dry but a bit muddy underfoot again. This time I wore ma wellies.

Aren't the stone steps lovely

 

 

The water in this burn was rust coloured

 

 

I heard a woodpecker and then I spotted this buzzard. It seems to have a frill round its neck. Dressed up in period costume? It looks more like a vulture waiting for someone to die. But I felt great so I disappointed it.
