Cambus Pools Nature Reserve

It is a beautiful sunny day. Todays walk was with a good friend along the Forth at Cambus. We parked in Cambus, crossed the bridge at the west side and walked down to the Forth and along it past the nature reserve. The sign at the beginning of the walk pointed to Blackgrange.
 
 This is the old iron bridge you cross. it was originally built to link to the distillery. It is called Cambus Iron Bridge. More info here
 

 





 
There was ice on all the puddles and Sally broke every one. It made interesting patterns
 
 
 There was a lot of flooding in the field with interesting birds (until they took flight from us)
